Hi everyone,
We all know this is not an easy road, and the truth is, Jaime has had a difficult couple of weeks. But she continues to read your messages, and she asked me to say she is so grateful for all of your love, encouragement, and prayers! Not to mention all the Jaime-designed T shirts and hoodies you’ve purchased to help the family out. This illness brings with it a lot of unanticipated needs, so THANK YOU.
In a few, we’ll be sending the link to the Jaime shirts because this special deal where The Apparel Project is donating all proceeds to the family ENDS TOMORROW!
The family is staying busy, with Jay, Jeff and Corey taking the lead on building the mudroom that Jaime has been planning for quite a while. Leo is also pitching in! (Jaime just selected cabinets and tile, so it’s all coming together.)

Leo, Zoe and Eva are keeping up with their soccer, hockey, acrobatics — and schoolwork.

And taking care of each other:

As you can imagine, the Dominique and Leandro sides of the family have been at Jaime’s side doing SO MUCH, and so many friends and extended family have gone above and beyond.
By the way, the family thanks you for all the food! You’ve brought delicious homemade meals and contributed so much through Meal Train. You’ve eliminated what would be daily stress of having to think about that. (Of course, Gary cooks up a storm as needed.)
We’re looking forward to the Pedal for a Purpose/Team Jaime fundraiser on October 19th (thanks to Jocelyn Miller); Team Jaime bracelets thanks to sister-in-law Toni Dominique; local news stories that have inspired organizations like Daniel’s Table to pitch in with meal deliveries … it’s impossible to mention everyone who has given so much of their time, skills, love and prayers. Please know how much Jaime and the family appreciate every kindness.
They’re grateful, too, to Jaime’s Beth Israel Deaconess oncology team, led by Dr. Mary Peters.
So let’s keep the love, healing energy and prayers going, and please keep popping in here to say hello and send Jaime a message!
