Thank you everyone for checking in. On Friday we got the Cat Scan results that wasn't what we were expecting but I am ok with. A little set back. The liver tumor is stable and blood clot between liver and pancreas is shrinking. I've gained weight and have quite an appetite. The pancreas tumor started to get a little bit bigger. Not a lot but enough to switch gears and start a new Chemo. The first Chemo had 4 drugs to make effective, they took out the 4th when I was in hospital and after 3 rounds it's not as effective without that 4 the drug. So switching to Gemzar. I will always believe things happen for a reason and I still feel I'll beat this, just a reality check that there will be bumps. The bonus is there are less side effects from this Chemo so I'll have more energy👍 thank you for all your prayers and encouragement🙏 we will beat this, I feel it in my gut!
In loving memory
JAIME LYNN (DOMINIQUE) LEANDRO
August 11, 1978 - March 8, 2020
Give to Jaime's fight

Beloved by a wide circle of family and friends, Jaime Lynn (Dominique) Leandro, 41, passed away peacefully at her home in Framingham, Massachusetts on Sunday, March 8, 2020, with devoted family by her side. She was born on August 11, 1978 in Springfield, Massachusetts to Ellen (Phenner) Dominique and Gary Dominique and married longtime friend and love Jason Leandro in 2007.

Known for her one of a kind sense of humor, her big heart, and her magical way of bringing the fun, Jaime drew people to her because she was always herself — and was sure to make them laugh.

Throughout her school years, she played soccer, ran cross-country, discovered her love of art, and made many, many friends. She graduated from Ludlow High School in 1996. She earned a bachelor’s degree in fine arts from Bridgewater State College where she created stunning paintings and sculpture. She went on to paint playful murals for the nurseries of friends and clients. She developed a passion for interior design and DIY projects, becoming adept at bringing whatever she envisioned to beautiful life.

Very brave in the face of a daunting diagnosis of stage 4 pancreatic cancer, Jaime remained optimistic and determined to survive and thrive. She was deeply grateful for and found strength from the steady stream of love, prayers, encouragement and support from family and friends near and far, past and present.

She is survived by her husband Jason Leandro, their three children Leo, Zoe and Eva, her parents Ellen (Phenner) Dominique and Gary Dominique; grandfather Francis Dominique; mother-in-law Irene (Ribeiro) Leandro and father-in-law Jack Leandro; her brother Jeffrey Dominique and sister-in-law Toni (Avola) Dominique, her sister Melissa (Dominique) Conserva and brother-in-law Corey Conserva; brother-in-law Jeffrey Leandro and sister-in-law Tara (Shea) Leandro; sister-in-law Jennifer (Leandro) Silva and brother-in-law Joel Silva; nieces and nephews Gigi, Luciana, Fiona, Liam, Samuel, and Noelle; and many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. Jaime was predeceased by her grandparents Bernice (Couture) Phenner, Albert L. Phenner, Jr., and Alice (Brochu) Dominique.

The family would like to thank everyone who joined the celebration of Jaime’s life on Saturday, March 14, 2020 as well as all of you who were there in spirit.
